As part of this year’s regional programme, the Top Business Montenegro (TBM) platform presented, for the first time, regional recognition awards to companies that achieved the strongest business results in Montenegro’s southern region.

The awards were presented on 22 September at the Splendid Hotel in Bečići, as part of the second regional edition of “TBM Business Talks – Southern Region”, dedicated to the topic “Between Investment Momentum and Sustainable Development”.

The award for the most successful micro-enterprise was presented to Autotamaris d.o.o. Tivat.

The plaque was presented to the company’s owner, Jovan Radonjić, by Ratko Nikolić, Chief Analyst of the Top Business Montenegro initiative and Founder of BI Consulting.

The recognition for the most successful small enterprise in the southern region went to Kompas Montenegro d.o.o. Budva.

The award was presented to the company’s Director, Borislav Rabrenović, by Ivan Bauk, Director of Corporate Banking at NLB Bank, the general sponsor of this year’s Top Business Montenegro programme.Priznanje za najuspješnije malo preduzeće na jugu pripalo je kompaniji Kompas Montenegro d.o.o. The third Top Business Montenegro – Southern Region recognition, in the newly established company category, was awarded to Piles Construction Company d.o.o. Herceg Novi.

The Top Business Montenegro regional recognitions are based on the project’s methodology and an analysis of official financial indicators. The selection of the most successful companies therefore directly reflects their achieved business results.

The awarded companies are among the 44,687 businesses registered along Montenegro’s coast, which, according to the latest analysis of business performance in the southern region presented at the second regional edition of “TBM Business Talks”, generated total revenues of €3.6 billion in 2025

The southern region is one of the most dynamic parts of Montenegro’s economy, characterised by strong investment, tourism and construction activity. The event highlighted that continued successful business operations on the coast will increasingly depend on a predictable business environment, a stable regulatory framework and the ability to adapt to new economic and development trends.
